When we see the builders prices on Zillow does that include the land and associated costs with permits etc? Thanks

Hey Jerry. Thanks for reaching out. The permits are covered by the builder typically. Sometimes the land is included in the price, but it depends on the builder. Some bundle them while others don't. The lot premium will be added to the base price. If you have a lot that backs up to water it could be an extra $20-30k depending on the builder. I was in nocatee this week and lots on the water are $150k.

Could you make video about opening business in St. Augusine, the challenges( seasonality, regulations, etc.)and the process? Maybe interview some local business owners? We are moving within two years, got rental property last year in st.Johns. we will purchase another house for us and will try to open cafe in st. Augustine. Thanks!

Yes a video like this would be great. We are considering relocating from CT this summer. I own a small salon doing waxing, & eyelash extensions currently. I would need to find relatively small commercial space to lease. Is there affordable office space for rent ? And what is the parking situation like ? Are most businesses able to offer free parking to their customers ?

@@LIVINGINSTAUGUSTINE I’m currently renting a 300 sq ft office space in CT for around 400$ a month. That is on the cheaper side but my budget would be around $1000, I’m hoping to score something slightly bigger than 300 sq ft. Luckily for me I do not need store front space & I don’t need a big room for what I do. But free parking for clients is a necessity. I’m willing to look in Ponte Vedra or St Augustine area. I’m not sure if you do commercial real estate but if you can offer any helpful info or point me in the right direction that would be very helpful
