Pros and Cons of Living on Maui Hawaii

I am living proof that it can be done. I lived and worked here for 5 months last year. Went back home for 7 months And came back again last October with a job lined up with a place to live. That job finished I was able to stay in the same house and found another more permanent position. This is a great video to start your search for the perfect opportunity on Maui. The book seems very interesting also so I will check it out but I am already here living my Dream!!!

I live in Napa, CA. Do you have any men’s XL items or merchandise from the Hula Grill in Lahaina? Or do you know anyone who does? I ate there and forgot to buy and merchandise, souvenirs. Apparel, short sleeve dress shirts, polo shirts, T-shirts, cups, mugs from the bar, etc. Thanks for the pro’s and con’s.

What are the pros and cons of the medical facilities and hospitals and doctors in Maui? My orthopedic doctor grew up in Maui and said finding good doctors was a problem because people may not have insurance, so mainland doctors are hesitant to set up a practice there. Thanks for the video I enjoyed it and look forward to seeing more of them .

There is only 2 hospitals on Maui BUT they are both owned by Kaiser. Maui Memorial Hospital and Kaiser Permanente are right next to each other. So if you have Kaiser you are set. If you are in Hāna there is only Hāna Health Clinic and one other doctor. Yes you might have to fly to Oahu Or the mainland for several different doctors and medical procedures.

Sorry I can't actually help you to live here now, but I can help you plan to live here someday? Are you in school? I's say that the first thing to do is study hard, so someday you can come live here.

There’s a considerable amount of prejudice that exists towards haoles even if you have accepted their culture. That’s especially true if you have school age children. Many locals aren’t happy with the influx of all the foreigners to their islands. Some people aren’t able to deal with it and it causes them to relocate back to the mainland.

Wedt side maui cons safeways food prices and a bunch of people that have burned every bridge on the mainland because of drugs and alcohol. Loaded with a bunch of losers with terrible credit for a reason
