It's quite ideal that Kalluto is forgettable as they are an assassin. You lose track on what they are doing until you finally see them on-screen.

Just so know the Zoldycks arent immune to electricity and poison, they just have stupidly high resistance. Killua says getting shocked still hurts a lot and Silva still had to sqeeze out the poison of the bens knife

So with poison they are all immune to majority of poisons as well as illnesses. Unless something is stupidly op they probably still won't feel much if at all. Though Killua can't stand spicy food. For electricity they are resistant enough that it wouldn't kill them in most situations. Still hurts depending on voltage. Though I feel like as they age the lightning resistance would increase but that's a headcanon. I do find it super funny how Killua has a low tolerance to spicy food

A con would be that he lack experience. It's was show when he watch Feitan fought Zazan. He was so surprise that Feitan was moving faster than he can keep track.

Rhythm Echo isn't moving so fast that you leave after images. Like most things in HxH it's more complex than that. It's more accurately described as moving 《rhythmically》to creates illusions by subtly influencing the targets senses so they are more vulnerable.
