Worked in a startup for 2 years now. Know that having a wide range of responsibility sometimes leads you in to a place where you only have surface level of knowledge in most of these areas esp in those companies that are lacking mentorship. If you wanna master in just one area and constantly get better at it, I would defn not suggest a startup...

WOW! I work for the government.....and have no idea about startups. I tell you what.....your presentation here is AWESOME! I sure learned a lot in the short time. Yes especially if you're a designer and work in a startup with no other designers in your area it's a whole other thing 🤭 But it a great learning experience you gotta defend your work. Builds character
