To a degree, sure. but in chess usually the first like 10 moves are entirely book moves that have been worked out to be optimal openings, but after a certain point 99% of chess games will deviate into unique positions. There are 10^40 possible legal chess positions (10,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000) which means that it's physically impossible to study every single game. Even incredibly advanced engines like stockfish won't always pick the optimal move because it would be impossible to run an engine with infinite depth. Chess isn't a solved game. (a "solved" game is one that the optimal move is always known definitively from each possible position)

I have 1200 hrs in CSGO and I wall bang quite a bit on office and militia when it was still around. Same for Italy before the new map change. Same with AOE 3. I just instinctively do things without thinking and I make hits off angles I'm used to seeing. This is even better with statistics and hearing capabilities. If I hear a noise in Italy mid almost every time the person will be moving left to right at a diagonal Angle. So I preplan the shot and sometimes can wallbang with an app on Italy. But I usually miss it because I'm not used to the new map. I also cannot wall bang with anything but and AWP or revolver. I don't think I've ever walk banged with an AK before
