Not entirely, like you generally understand the principal but there'd be a lot of work required to fully be able to understand how to do that. Often you have years of experience in industry until you can do that.

Hey, I'm guessing your international since you mentioned IELTS. I am unsure on the requirements for internationals as I am a home student. So for me all I needed was my A-Level results.
