I mean thank god for the family friend (i guess) she was a critical piece to busting this case open, but also she witnessed abuse and neglect and never said anything when it was important, while he was alive. The father, although he cooperated, never tried to contact police or ever thought hey sonethings up??? I mean I know some women try to keep the kids away from the dad, but even after year 18, he never thought to try to find him? Never petitioned the court for visitation? Seems like everyone failed him. And then what about the grandparents, they never said anything. Remember she said ahe had another kid, a daughter, who she said didn't know she had a brother. So ur trying to tell me the grandparents never mentioned to the granddaughter about her sibling, weather he was "adopted" or not. Cmon now. Seems like no one asked the right questions here..... u can't not forget to mention your long lost grandson for 30 years to anybody.....

A lot of men have kids with many baby’s mommas and could care less. My step brother got a divorce and never gave the Mom a cent. He moved to another state then 15-20 years later made a visit home, got stopped by the cops and they took him to jail for non payment

So from 1999 until months later, those remains were undiscovered because no one was ever in that portion of cemetery...? So Tylenol, Benadryl and a metabolite were found in skeleton muscle, hmm

Could be the act of murder itself AND felony murder - meaning that the victim died as the result of another felony the defendant committed (in this case probably felony child abuse). So they are being charged for actually murdering the child, AND they’re being charged because they killed the child while committing abuse or another felony like kidnapping

yeah it doesn't, but she has to be soft spoken to get the jurors to feel the sympathy as she speaks. I'm drawn in😂😂😂
