My experience dealing with specifically these types of legal matters can be googled. What about you? You have no experience concerning matters such as self defense, firearms, or trespassing aggressors. In my case the prosecution lied and said the guy was just coming to ask for gas. Completely false, he stole my gas the day before. Took a swing at me the day before, he did Meth the night before he got shot. He got shot three months after he had been threatening to shoot me every day. His witnesses lied for the DA for their made up story how ‘harmless’ Alan Alika Vegas was because they were his female accomplices on their meth fueled party on the road. To have the audacity to say I shot him after he asked for gas is insulting to the truth that he stole my gasoline and was looking for my cannabis crop to steal so he could buy more meth. Witnesses lie, and DA’s prompt them to stick to the narrative they lint for the legal system. I believe nothing I hear and half of what I see.

The family, law enforcement or anyone else had proven that or an hate crime charge would of been enhanced. There was no reason at all that he needed to pick up the firearm nor shoot it over a ringing of the door bell at all. May the child recover fast medically and emotionally.

Feared for his life? The victim rang his doorbell. Didn't try going in, just rang the bell. The owner shot him through the glass door which means he had to open the front door. While the victim is laying on the ground from being shot in the head, the owner then shot him a SECOND time. So who was fearful for their life again?
