Why didn't Sereo use the same 3 and 5 test bullets used by Mangena. It would have made sense since he was supposed to confirm Mangena findings. That on its own means he was dissatisfied with his findings, he tried to look for striations 4 and 6 that could only be seen by Mangena and didn't find them
