Trump will be arrested but the judge will let him out on his own recognizance or he will have a bail. The judge can revoke that but if he's not been revoked yet, then he's probably not gonna be in jail till his trial is over or his appeals are over.

Judge: "I am raising your fine to $20 million dollars. And, I am going to do you the favor of removing you from the courtroom, before you can do yourself any more damage. If this same thing happened in Australia, the prime minister would be removed from power and handed over to the authorities to face the consequences of their actions. Donald Trump would not be allowed to be a politician in Australia because of his criminal convictions, so this problem will never happen. Any politician who commits fraud, embezzlement or any other serious crime is removed from politics once they have been convicted and the major political parties will remove anyone from their party if they are undermining the credibility of the party.

Mind-boggled Canadian here. The DOJ memo from post-Watergate only addresses not indicting a sitting POTUS, nothing about arresting and convicting. It's well past time that memo, which is only a memo not a rule, policy or law, is shredded. After all, the Defendant was able to avoid being held to account for all he did while in the WH. A person may have the job of POTUS but that doesn't make them any less liable for illegal actions done while in the job. If that memo wasn't around, the Defendant would have been indicted about 5 yrs ago for all the crap we knew about.
