The Special Counsel has to make a formal request to the 11th Circuit Court Of Appeals, but it has to be a paper order from Cannon, that somehow violates a legal standard! Cannon is skirting the legal edges, so to speak, by issuing these "paperless orders" Apparently since they aren't technically on the record, he cannot get her removed.
