hi, in my case, i request for a unit replacement not just a spareparts and they were not required any cost for the replacement, also they were not required me to send the damage unit to their place (Hong Kong) what i did: 1. take detailed photos from the damaged unit 2. send them email and request for a replacement unit what they responded: 1. they said they will check whether they still had the same unit with my product 2. when they found a spare unit (full unit), they request my address to deliver the replacement the cost i paid only for an import duty which was claimed by my local courier services not by Tarmac

hi om, thx untuk pertanyaannya FYI saya order di sales (Reseller) di IG bahkan saya beli bukan menggunakan PO, jadi barang ready baru saya beli menurut saya juga Tarmac sangat responsive dan responsible email dibalas dengan cepat, respon nya juga ga bertele2 yup, sayang banget om barang keduanya juga dateng ada defect paint job T_T but anyway saya menghargai service mereka

Gan nanya, itu penggantian unitnya free tanpa tambahan biaya? Klo iya, keren sih.. si gundul sudah berbenah 🤩🤩 Pernah beli, kebetulan merk sebelah. Dapet yg defect boro² diganti, kirim email aja gak dibales 🥲😅😂

tidak ada biaya tambahan, saya cuma kirim email disertai foto2 lengkap mulai dari pada saat belum di unseal, sampai foto2 kerusakan nya tidak ada biaya sepeser pun, kecuali, saat barang datang perlu membayar bea masuk ke POS INDONESIA itu pun murah kira2 cuma belasan ribu saja karena ada biaya bea barang masuk
