If you don't like the flies may I suggest you wear a beekeeper hat it has net over the front to keep bees away but let's the breeze if any through. Congrats on your finds.

Yeah mate it is pricy !! I think the best detector I’ve used in Kalgoorlie is the gpx4500 👌.. and you’ll get one for around $3500-$4000 2nd hand

Why don't you guy's use a pin pointers when detecting? It is a huge time saver. I prefer the Garrett Carrot, I run the Mine lab E-tack and I do have the mine lab pro pointer 35 but the Garret pin pointer works best for me.
