Lovely video wrapping up your campervan season, Teresa. Mine is now SORN'd and like yours, has just had some bodywork repairs. Happy planning for 2025! ❤

Hi Janice... mine's still in the workshop... wheel arch and windscreen out... rust but also having a new windscreen... excited to see it when it's done, then wait for a dry weekend to put cover on. Yes... 2025... where do we go to next??! You're far braver than me... you've been across the Channel... that's the next big challenge for me... and Ireland of course. I'm not sure yet... but I do know I'm looking forward to enjoying my home these next few months. We must try and meet up next year... be lovely to meet up and exchange stories. Teresa 🚐

Something special about camping late in the season. Sure it gets dark early but it's nice and quiet without the crowds....also nice and snug in the camper as the daylight fades🙂 After 10 trips out in the camper last year....sadly only one this year, Suffolk in July [music festival] Not quite finished though - expect to do Yorkshire early Dec [Christmas Markets] Best Wishes, Geoff

Have to say Geoff, yes, camping late in the season is okay if the weather remains warm, ie Indian summer. However, I'm happy to put the camper to bed now. Once those nights draw in, it starts to feel chilly, damp and gets dark at 4.30ish then being SOLO in a camper is NOT something I enjoy. I admit to finding the evenings long and lonesome, even on electric hookup and with a laptop and phone! But! I know it is a different experience if you have a person to share the evening with, then certainly COZY comes to mind if there's 2 of you ... but that's my personal opinion.

Hi Robert, thanks for watching TWorld this year... your support is truly valued. Yes... over 3000 miles this year, the most I've ever done. Wow... so lovely that you still enjoy camping and caravanning as sometimes, people who did it in their childhood, are put off for life!!! Lets hope for better weather in 2025... and where do we venture next year... I would like to see some consistent sunshine I have to say... so do I pluck up courage and venture across the Channel! Not sure Im up to that yet!! Happy travels. 🚐

Love that site. Great location. Phone signal not their fault either. You sound a little down on this video Mxx

Yes, you're right. I did start to feel like I wanted to get back to Wiltshire, to my nice little home and creature comforts. I felt I'd had enough, weather didn't help, poor phone signal on site, if any - fridge not working and it was dark by 8ish. I was also saddened by my experience of Land's End ... the ugly commercialism of it all. Yep... was happy to trundle home 🤗

So sorry x

I'm guessing you're sorry that the camper is going into storage and it's the end of the season... but I do still upload videos on various topics... some more interesting than my trips!! I have a go at cooking something ... or a bit of DIY or whatever occurs in my world that I feel may interest others, or inspire others.. It's why I say 'life's stuff'.... so hope I upload the odd thing you might still enjoy... thanks for watching Robert and taking time to comment. 🚐

@@teresasworld3374 you know why I'm sorry, you guessed right. I watch all of your video's no matter what it's about, especially the herons lol. I find you and your topics really interesting, I like the way you have a get up and go attitude. Have you planned any trips yet for the next season?

Get yourself a wet suit and a body board, I’m 59 and it’s great fun 😘

Yep 👍🏻 I agree and when it’s the season Aldi & Lidl do cracking neoprene starter suits.

Thanks for this Jo... may be I should be inspired by you and make it my challenge for 2025! I'm just not keen on the sea, its power scares me, the taste of salt water, or seaweed wrapping around my legs 😂 ... but apart from that - may be I should give it a try! 🚐

@@teresasworld3374 if I can do you can too, I had a spinal injury at 49 and was left with a life long pain condition. It’s exhilarating in the sea and if you pee yourself, no one knows 🤣😘
