This video says so much more about Jacques as a person as apposed to only a cricketer. He was more to his team than just a cricketer. He was the inspiration for many kids who later even played with him. This what Robelinda can not see because he does not have the eyes or will to see. I can not imagine test cricket for SA without the man my seven year old daughter know only as King Kallis, because that is what we call him at home.

For me he was the perfect cricketer - He was a prolific run scorer, a wicket-taking fast bowler and a dependable fielder as well. My all time favorite all-rounder was and still is, him. I even tried to follow his batting style identically. But it's the true technique and temper that is yet to gain..... he looked so delicate while playing those cricketing shots according to the deliveries!! He made it look so simple and beautiful! Good job done by his fellow players to show such honor and love to him and his talent!!!

I remember people talking about steve waugh or clarke or graeme smith playing while physically struggling in an innings each of them in different matches. I can't count how many times this LEGEND has done it. Being an Indian I remember countless times he stood between india and victory successfully.
