Yeah man ! Once it goes you don’t get it back. It’s easy to get caught up with louder is better. Louder is dangerous over time and will destroy your hearing. I listen and create at a level where if you are talking in a room with me we won’t have to turn down the music at all. Fyi.

@@Jamusictv damn that last bit is a great habit, saw someone else saying to create quieter for our ears but they were also talking about it helping to get a good mix or something... loved the bit at the end about the subwoofer, might have to look into that. I also use headphones wayyy too much i think.

lower is better for 95 percent of time. A sub will help you keep the volume down and still hear your lowend. Half the time we crank up the volume on smaller speakers is to hear the lower end.

@@Jamusictv yeah true, I saw some dude talking about how the mix can sound different to us depending on the volume we listen at too, Something about it helping with the mix on different devices,, Fun stream tho looking forward to next time

yeah for sure. You hear difference frequency depending how loud or soft you play your music. But in general its recommended you do most of you listening, mixing and production at low volumes. Thanks for hanging on the stream! Much appreciated.@@jnse
