The DC Distribution Box is used to provide flexibility for the operator of the solar power plant to disconnect and connect both the inward solar supply and battery terminals. Here an MCCB of proper rating depending upon the capacity of the power plant and the battery bank are used. The DCDB is provided with a digital Ampere Hour meter and Volt meter to observe the current/Voltage of the running load on this Solar system.

You criticized very well . Criticizing is very easy. You have not installed any SPD don't say anything about surge. Your wiring inside with cable tie is although better but it would be better use Busbar.Since this is a common accessable place a rccb will be better for human safety. Also leve and your duck placement is just ok not very well(it might be as I see in video my mistake). Also breaker especially imported one comes with torque specs it's lot better just wire than crimp terminal (although it's electrician choice) Just average not impressed.

I want to put some SPDs and under/over voltage protection device with some kind of wiring equipment. But the customer provided us these devices and ask to just install them.

Overall boss you did better than 99% out there what other doing . Definitely customer budget and belief are things that play important role. I have seen people running direct wiring with a single old fuse for last 15-20 year if I say them install breaker they say nothing happens till now and don't waste our money. One thing that bother me about all these inverter is REVERSE CURRENT kindly guide me what are your view about it. Some say it can't happen. I have not did these type of inverter installation what your experience.
