For those of you upset that he did not describe the difference between them, clearly did not pay attention at all. All 3 are protein blends. They’re used for different purposes but are all used for muscle growth, Casein takes longer to break down therefore it’s great for muscle recovery etc, (before bed as he stated) whey blend is your typical average protein shake for post workouts and finally the whey Iso is meant to get straight into the system for those who take body building more seriously that’s normally their “Go-to” Hope this helps a bit, feel free to ask questions below.

Bottom line post workout whey, before bedtime or meal replacement go with a blend containing casein or straight casein but the best protein always comes from your food

Mutant definitely knows it's flavours. Started using the Mutant Iso Surge yesterday and it's the best tasting isolate I've ever tried! Let's hope it's effective too 😉

Then what's the point of having 3 products? The only difference he said that there is between the 3 products is how fast they work and even that was incredibly vague. The only take away from this video was what the texture of each powder was.

waste... its more of an advertisement than facts. casein is waste as per me... mix Isolate or concentrate with milk rather than buying casein...this will slow its digestion
