i really hope you mentioned what the concentration of our protein? does not the ligand concentration required to saturate 60% of the protein depend on both the kd and our p concentrations?

Hello and thank you so much for the explanation, Mr. Kevin! ? I am trying to solve theta, but I only have the Hill number given. So far, I know theta is only from 0-1 since it's the fraction of ligand binding. How do we solve theta when all I have is the Hill number?
