Hi Farhan, nice video. I got a question. From the literature review, I have found that STRING is solely being used for network generation, and all the rest of the analysis-which includes clustering and enrichment are being done on Cytoscape (using plusins like MCODE ). The clustering and enrichment that STRING provides is simply under-rated, but why?
