Great video Diana! You're really good at presenting and explaining! I was just wondering, if I ate lentils by themselves, which are lacking cysteine and methionine, I think their PCDAAS is approx about 0.5. But I hear rice contains cysteine and methionine so if I ate lentils and rice together, would that then give the lentils a PCDAA of 1.0 like chicken etc?

They would have to fully complete all the EAA list in order to have a score of 1. In general, we can make sure we get enough EAAs by eating a wide variety of protein-containing foods.
