Glad to see Coralvue is continuing to add products. I am overall happy with hydros, but I must give some feedback that customer support is lacking in some areas. For some of your devices, the documentation is not adequate. Finding solutions on the community website (you oversell this in my opinion) is inconsistent, too time consuming, and moreover the login process to post on the community is a pita. If you would address these issues, you really would destroy the competition. You have great products but failing even partially in support is the graveyard of businesses.

YT hint from someone who is no more than a simple viewer. On most of your videos there is a lot of chitchat before addressing the topic from the thumbnail. On this video it was 2 1/2 minutes. It hurts your views, like and subscriptions. I understand you may be clipping these from a longer podcast, but please cut to the chase. Thanks for the video.
