Just received my lift a few days ago. It will not work. Indicator light shows battery charged. Rechecked all steps and problem/solutions still not working.

I recommend you adjust the height of the bed to your waist height so that you are not bending down otherwise you will develop sore or injured back. Also you are risking injury to the person when you knock their ankles against the hoist bar. you need to take more care with your
