Perhaps you do not know how the army acts. They are not trained for de-escalation rather the opposite. Throwing rocks at law enforcement will result in something bad. Plus, none of them had shields; this was a perfect disaster waiting to happen. Condolences to the families, we should all learn from it. No gain in more death during a protest.
