Protester appears to try to set a Union Jack on fire in London

During the Black Lives Matter protests in London, one person was filmed climbing on top of the Cenotaph war memorial and appeared to attempt to light a Union Jack flag alight.
In the clip posted to social media, the protester is pulled down from the memorial when the police cordon clears the area.
