They have said those who cause the chaos of riots and looting mixed in with protestors till a certain time and then go and hit places while cops are busy and have to stay away from places where the looting is at time. so all this side crap is like preplanned i guessing and then it happens after dark and cant say who does what cause wear mask cause virus.
