Indeed well said. Too many new/old PPG pilots have unrealistic expectations of what they can legally do with a motor. Indeed pilots need to know they can't just go and land inside stadiums or fly close to the public. Its also important they know they can't just land beside their local McDonalds, KFC, and Shopping centers. Pilots should understand that there are rules around where you can legally land an aircraft, and the emergency landing clause is just that. Also flying in and around clouds, carrying a VHF radio, and making radio calls. Pilots should also know not to drop or throw any item from their aircraft during flight... I do enjoy your channel. Wouldn't it be "Interesting" if the rules were that we could legally just fly anywhere, land/take off anywhere, and do anything. I certainly agree this stadium incident puts the sport heavily into disrepute. There is also the disturbing terrorism angle to what this stadium chap could have been doing. In Australia, we are just one incident away from our governing body CASA (FAA) requiring us to register our aircraft, visible registration numbers on your wing, and possible FLARM technology. It will happen worldwide, just a few more incidents like this to set it off.

Tucker you've told us in a past video but I can't find it. What is the app that tells you the weather conditions at different elevations and what is the app that shows you all the different airspaces restrictions?

I use www.windy.com/ a lot - works well in Europe and they also offer apps for iPhone/iPad.

The irony is even with electric motor. Most of the parts in a paramotor and the wing; are derived from petroleum products.

I'm too old to get into the sport of paragliding, but your drone giveaway gave me an idea. I wonder if they have Radio Controlled Paragliders? Especially with point-of view cameras! That would be awesome. So I looked online, and found a few videos. It looks like a lot of fun, and much safer than taking to the sky myself! If you could find a pilot that looks like yourself, that would be a hoot!

The stadium was in a no flight zone because of the soccer game. There were snipers located around the stadium to prevent terror attacks. The Police had to decide what to do, to shoot on him or not. Luckily they did not, but it could have ended up worse for him.

It's not surprising tbh. It's Greenpeace. It's pity a company that constantly makes terrible decisions decided to cross over with a sport that specifically works so hard to condemn terrible and dangerous decisions. I hope people look at this and go "oh, Greenpeace are idiots" rather than "oh, paramotorists are dangerous".

The pilot is the German doctor (surgeon) Kai von S. According to German media, this is his third action with a motorized glider. People were injured in the incident. A station employee on the head and neck, as well as a French TV technician on the head. Both have now been discharged after treatment in the hospital. He protests against a German car company, but drives a gasoline engine from exactly this company ... Since there was a flight ban over the "Allianz Arena" he was used by German snipers to counter terrorism targeted. According to a police spokesman and the interior minister of Bavaria, the writing on the screen saved his life. If the SEK (Special Operations Command) had assumed a terrorist attack, they are entitled to shoot them down. Greetings from Germany Axel & Nici

Not that I agree with what he did because he endangered innocent people, but environmentalism is way more important than PR for paramotoring.
