Tax should be a fixed percentage that all Kenyans agree with, which doesn't hurt they pockets, for 50years - 100 years before changing it. It can even be fixed for good good. Then the government should only use that fixed amount of tax they collect every year. Just say no to increasing tax every year, to finance politicians lifestyle.
