Im not sure if the Vit A in calcium plus is preformed Vit A(retinol) like the pure vit a bottle. So i question how effective calcium plus is for Vit A

Truth! from the uv light intensity degradation to the vitamin A necessity to the expiry on supplements, and to the benefits of of a 24oz. Wawa coffee. This helped me learn and understand a ton about planning ahead to keeping our family's pacman frog healthy. Thank you again, Sir. Thank you for refering me to this video on the phone it was extremely helpful, i only learned maybe 3 weeks ago after having the same calcium plus bottle for 4 years for my gecko that it expires so i replaced that for him I had no idea. I really appreciate you breaking down how and why each thing is needed and how often to switch between them because all i tend to find online is vaguely that i need to alternate but no solid answer on how often and with what frequency.

Please go over scheduling the supplementation!!!!!!!! I've heard so many mixed messages. Repashy says to use it every feeding, but I've been told those instructions are only meant for live insects such as crickets since the power will come off of them.

@@kakkernakker what about Dumpy Frog? I was told since you don't use uv light (night frog) they don't need calcium..? Crickets, worm, grasshopper moth..but would love to try this stuff.
