Really u r putting ur good effort. One thing i want to modify here is, TMS is never added to ur sample solution. U have to take ur sample wid deuterated solvent and hv to close it properly. Inside d NMR machine TMS ll b in dat chamber where ur NMR tube sits.

mam i think the nuclei get excited after absorption of radio frequency .....when magnetic field is applied they alien to it and are in ground state

mam could you pleause review your content at 13.32 signals observe when nucleus spin and its only take place when you apply electromagnetic radiations. when electromagnetic radiation matches the oscillating field then frequency matches and nucleus move from ground state to excited state where it change its spin and give signal

Dear Ma'am When delta E is increased, the likelihood of transitions from lower to higher energy will be less because it needs more energy to overcome the energy band gap. So the intensity should be less, as far as i understood, Please clarify
