One good thing about Al Haj is they listen to customer sentiment. However, keeping in view the fuel prices, this car might not make shockwaves in market for not being fuel efficient and interior looking 2 generation older. However, Saga speaks practicality, very maneuverable to drive in city for its compact size

I was going to sell my Wagon R and book Proton Saga, but after I watched Syed Owais`s video regarding delayed deliveries who still hasn`t received his car after 8 months and poor customer support, changed my mind and decided to stick with Wagon R. I hope they resolve their issue because I am actually compelled by the effort they put into CKD unit.

Well bro, 100km per day is pretty high. Fuel consumption should be a priority. We all know the civic r18 is pretty hard on fuel. Civic has a better shape and appeal, but city definitely has the edge in fuel economy. But comfort wise city doesn’t come close to civic. Hard choice mate, but I think it’s always safer to go with a new car over a used one no matter how good the condition is.

Hi I've been a subscriber of your channel for a while now. Since you make videos about cars its important for you to be informed about the unjust things proton is doing to its customers. 1:there extremely late deliveries like a 10 months waiting time which was supposed to be 3 months. 2:there false marketing practices regarding their delivery schedule and their Pakistani plant being ready. 3:their recent price hike is also applicable on the customers who booked their cars in July and haven't received their cars till now and now they decide to throw the price bomb on us.Im not saying that price shouldn't be increased at all but I'm saying most of the impact should be absorbed by the company because of basic decency and the fact that their customers had to wait for 9 months just for a car.

DECEPTIVE MARKETING PRACTICES OF AL HAJ AUTOMOTIVE and PROTON PAKISTAN Hi so this message is from the customers of proton saga who have been cheated by Al haj group as well as Proton. So here are the flaws in their business model. 1:There extremely late deliveries like a 10 months waiting time which was supposed to be 3 months. 2:There false marketing practices regarding their delivery schedule and their Pakistani plant being ready. 3:Their recent price hike is also applicable on the customers who booked their cars in July and haven't received their cars till now and now they decide to throw the price bomb on them.Im not saying that price shouldn't be increased at all but I'm saying most of the impact should be absorbed by the company because of basic decency and the fact that their customers had. to wait for 9 months just for a car. 4:their this bad behavior raises a question on their 5 years warranty as well as their after sales in general. 5:If they had the decency to keep the customers updated on the situation the whole time we would've atleast chosen another car which would be a better value then this car in the long run. 6:Also there are some problems in the CBU units of the car like an extremely bad fuel average of 11 or 10 maximum which with the weight of the car and its power shouldn't be this low. 7: Rumors and some information which is not verified by the company also suggests that the cars were made a month ago but not being delivered to the customers so that the company can collectively increase the prices. 8:The price increase which they implemented was the steepest price hike that we've noticed in the segment of subcompact sedans and even compact sedans no other car of the price point comparable to saga has had so much of a price hike. Finally I would like to add that we the customers are ready to take this to court as well as exploring other legal actions as well.
