The Runaway Guys Colosseum 2020 Highlights

Our annual charity event, The Runaway Guys Colosseum is this weekend (May 7th - 9th, 2021), so what better way to get people excited for this year's event than to show you some highlights from last year's event!
We'll be starting around 3 PM Eastern Daylight Time at twitch.tv/ProtonJon, and going for 12 hours each day, so I hope to see you there!

@@aionicthunder Six years before, Tom suggested Halo Reach for Fortune Cookie, and it won. However, there were technical problems with the game that time. So, cue 2020 when Tom suggests it again for Chaos Fortune Cookie and slammed some money down for it.

Colosseum 2020 was definitely wonky by far. It wasn't the best of the bunch, but there is something so incredibly charming and fun about it. Seeing all you guys pull together in the middle of the pandemic and making it work on the fly, even though it was very clear that every single plan you had originally made was thrown in the garbage due to forces completely out of your control! But, despite all the massive set backs, you all managed to pull together an amazing event with some legitimately amazing bits! While the fun nature of the in person event was sadly missing, you all manged to make up for it with really creative long distance segments! I'm so excited to see what you guys can do this year with a bit more planning time! Having these bits going on while I type this comment is really reminding me just how amazing last year ended up being! You guys really did well with what was given to you! Here's to next years highlight video! May it be just as good if not better than this one!!! Edit: While it was only featured for a short time in this highlight video, I just want to say that Josh Tries Art was by far the most entertaining segment of last year! Hearing them try to slowly guide Josh towards his masterpiece was absolutely amazing!!!!
