I don’t know why tho the game was ass. One of the most poorly balanced and blatantly broken games I’ve ever played. People say it makes you feel godlike when how?! Every enemy stun locks you and most enemies are damage sponges

I'm sure it's easier than you think, you always can model swap and add animations with wings (from saints row for example)

What I love about this skill is I can combine it with muscle mass power up and turn anything to mush. The best part is if I provided enough height I can one shot any base. I remember imagining how the npc would react whenever I do it. A black watch just standing guard and then 💥 building falls apart with Alex in a superhero landing pose.

If there was a mod to turn Alex Mercer into a crow as he bulletdives downward before hitting the ground would look sick. After all he is a shape shifter. It wouldn't be out of character neither

I didn't want to play Prototype 2 but eventually I got it on sale, today I unlocked Alex Mercer and I can finally enjoy the game, it's like playing the prototype 2 we should have got in the first place

In Prototype 1 Alex feels so powerful, he has various combos, multiple devastator attacks and most importantly, every single powers have multiple features. In Prototype 2, the devs decided to spoil the fun (why activision, why 😡). They removed the devastator variations, destroyed the power system, abolished the armor (the shield's not bad though), gave the whipfist too late in the game (their biggest sin) which was the most fun power in the first game. 2's story isn’t good either. The only enjoyable power P2 gave us was the Biobomb.

i played 2 and its not bad actually the world graphics is better, but i like the camera angle more of 1 you really felt like your flying gliding with alex cause they changed the charging of jump in 2 which is kinda bad

I personally really liked James character and found him really funny what I don't like is that Alex seemingly was all of a sudden a villain to most people who play P2 since very few knew of the comics however if the second had us play as an Alex whos lost faith in humanity and then spreads the infection we could've had a 3rd game which would've had the story of P2 allowing fans of Alex to get closure on his character and people to be more embracing when it comes to Heller. As far as gameplay it's not really the developers fault since they had a very restricting deadline to meet I I believe if given a remaster they could fully finish the game so that things like hellers armor could be added since we clearly see it was supposed to be in the game but due to time restrictions probably couldn't be coded in, the dev team was probably more focused on making new powers than reusing ones from the old game or simply forgot a few and due to time restraints couldn't add in our favorite things like the other devastator attacks or fully fledged combos for certain powers. Again please don't blame radical entertainment for Activision's brutal deadlines

Also don't forget Activision expected way to much from radical entertainment, they laid off half of the team developing prototype 2 so it was doomed from the start by shit people for shit reasons and RE was suffering from financial troubles too, it's like taking a dog with every disease possible, stripping it of it's legs and asking it to solve for X in the span of 5 minutes. RE had 3 years to develop P2, P2 had 3 new maps, had to coded on a different engine so reusing assets wouldn't be so simple as copy paste meaning if something looked reused it was actually just coded to look VERY similar, lastly they had to juggle all this with half the team they had for the first game so id say they did EXTREMELY WELL with what they were given. Which is why I'm glad Activision is failing since the only thing even remotely new or exciting they've put out in a while has been sekiro back in 2020 and now unfortunately RE can no longer make games and can only assist in the making of others

@@ChonkyBoi_yt depends on how far you came through the game. Closer to final missions->more hits to destroy. On normal difficulty it takes about 4-5 hits from maximum height
