If anyone wants to Fast-track all research, it would cost $10 Million+ if you fast track every research ✌🏻 This cost does not include cost of supplies and/or cost of upgrades

It's worth mentioning that, if you start with research on full supplies and fast-track everything in a row as soon as it's available (if you saved money beforehand), the supplies wouldn't even run out (it got around half for me). Useful info if you wanna consider doing so as well (edit: it's also gonna take you around 2 hours in your bunker's laptop, as there is a 3 minute cooldown between fast-tracking of unlocks button. Hope I helped! :)

Buker and Facility (doomsday heist requirement) are 2 seperate things that actually could be combined together for efficiency. Just like to do this research and another things. Does not make any sense that Rockstar and GTA V online programers makes us must purchase 2 items (Bunker and Facility), instead of buy one whole thing.
