Thanks for the video boss. Ive learnt a new perspective from the "small" client "big" client thingy. Especially as its from a West African perspective. You explained it well in a way i can relate. Thanks once again.

thanks for the insight on getting a bigger clients its helpful, although i have a question to further enlighten me on getting a big client. if cutting out your smaller then how would one get his/her first big client that can then refer you to bigger clients within their circle?.

This is very insightful, my questions now is how do you approach the big clients to get them work with you ?
@TheTAPodcastwithTolaAlabi6 жыл бұрын
ololade oluwatobi thanks alot for your message. To answer your question as to how you approach the bigger clients.Well simple...the same way you approach the small ones. Remember all clients are potentially big clients when you approach them, you can only categorize them after you have told them how much you charge for your service, it's when they say they can't or can pay your minimum level of engagement that you know if they are big or small. So keep approaching clients the same way, but only work for those who can pay your minimum level of engagement, these clients would refer you to others who also can pay. In a short while, you wouldn't need to approach clients anymore they would come looking for you based on referrals.

I just rewatched this and I have a question: Is it alright to have different rate cards with different price ranges? In case you run into a client that you think can pay higher than you normally charge?
@TheTAPodcastwithTolaAlabi5 жыл бұрын
Sure that's perfectly fine. I have various rate cards. I have a regular rate card for clients who just contact me and I really don't know much about them. Then I have for more prominent clients who I know execute big budget projects. I also have seperate rate card for international clients.

How long should it take to come up with a logo design
@TheTAPodcastwithTolaAlabi6 жыл бұрын
+Taiwo Oluwaseyi that largely depends on the designer handling the logo project. It takes me 2weeks to a month to go from idea to actual design. Although i have had logo projects i have successfully done in a couple of days, however my standard time is 2-4weeks.

Great one sir but I feel like you didnt do justice to that title. It felt more like a video on difference between a big client and a small client as opposed to how to get bigger clients. I honestly feel like I've been click baited.
@TheTAPodcastwithTolaAlabi6 жыл бұрын
Folajomi Ibrahim thanks for your comment. Sorry you feel that way, as the intention isn't to 'click bait' anyone but to give insight and direction to design business issues.Your feedback is much appreciated as helps to improve content. If you don't mind I would like to extract your comment for use in a class to address your concerns on the topic and possibly for other people who may share the same view point as you do. Would that be fine with you?

I share in this view sir. Great content though and I really appreciate you.
