It is based on a decision tree algorithm. Algorithm is based on Computational Biology that is relevant to computer science.

Helo Sir.. If there is whole proteome of any multi drug resistant bacteria, so how we will identify mutation from this whole proteome, is it necessory to first know about the mutant genes of bacteria and then go for analysis??

Dr Naveed, I have same issue. in my case my target amino acid tryptophan is converted into stop codon. I have abbreviated stop codon for X but it shows error when i submitted my query either in SIFT or Polyphen. what would be the appropriate symbol for stop codon.
