In the world of tournament chess, one learns to record and to study the moves of each game one plays. In so doing, the player may replay the game and hopefully learn from mistakes made. There are countless books about chess, most containing games that have been examined by master players and commented upon. These are called "annotations". They take the reader beyond the moves and add insights and understanding. I will submit as my comment today that this video begins a series of what I hope are "annotations" to the Book of Proverbs so that in analogous fashion those attending services and those watching the videos of the messages will learn more than just what the text says. :)
