Great video with good audio clip. I used to listen to "Code Red". He had a style all his own. This guy is good. Clear, calm, concise. What's good here is the dispatcher is solely fire. He doesn't wear two hats.

Both my father and uncle are retired from the Providence fire department. Dad was on 1972-1997 Uncle Billy was on 1965-2002
