Providencia Island - Scuba Diving with SHARKS "Anda Di Wata"

Providencia, Colombia is an island in the Caribbean with pristine waters for snorkeling and scuba diving. Less inhabited than the neighboring island San Andres, Providencia has a small island vibe.
Providencia, also known as Providence offers scuba divers an almost guaranteed shark diving experience as the reef is healthy and diverse.
We highlight some top spots to eat and see on this small island and finish up with some views under water scenes around the island. Our preferred scuba shop, Anda Di Wata is also a dive school catering to new and experienced divers from around the world.

Yes! There are some great snorkeling sites. You may want to check out Bolo Tours, as well as One Love Boat Tours. The cove seen in the very beginning of our video is Fort Bay on the smaller island of Santa Catalina which only allows walking to via the foot bridge. You can park your vehicle on the Providencia Island side and walk to Fort Bay (also can be seen on Google Maps view). There, you can snorkel for free as well as some other sites along the western side of Providencia. We also heard there is some great snorkeling by boat at Crab Caye which is a tiny island just off the northeast tip of Providencia. It's only a 5 minute boat ride and the tour is around $10 USD per person including snorkeling gear!
