The two bulldogs we had from birth were never that way. Much respect to those who can handle an overly aggressive and emotional dog. I wouldn’t leave my wife at home alone with Peyton though. He had major issues with female authority. Hopefully he found a good home ❤

Thank you for the great video. Can you please tell me if there were any thoughts of not feeling safe while in Medellin? Also, can you please give the contact information for the company that drove you to the wonderful AirBNB in Las Nubes? Thank you!
@willwork2travelАй бұрын
We never felt unsafe at all in Medellin, and we walked around a lot - even at night. However, we stayed in the areas of El Poblado and Laureles for the most part which are known to be safer than some other areas of the city. Pretty much the same in the USA with most cities - there are some rougher parts that you may want to avoid! We didn't use a car service in Colombia, we rented cars for the most part. Localiza Rent A Car company was who we used. Other than a taxi to & from the airport in Medellin, we drove ourselves everywhere which added to the adventure! :)

Loved this review! Where are these places in relation to one another in terms of distance? The first air bnb villa jade looks great but not sure where it is. I’m going there with family and would love any tips on finding air bnbs close to places we’d like to visit. Definitely checking into the last airbnb in San Jose as we will be using that airport for our departure.
@willwork2travel3 ай бұрын
Thanks for watching! Casa Villa Jade is near Rio Celeste (about 10km away), Flower's Paradise is near Monteverde which is about a 2.5 hour drive from Rio Celeste. Our last stay was near San Jose and the airport there - however, we actually flew in and out of Liberia. If Rio Celeste waterfall is not already on your list, I'd highly recommend it! It's an easy hike and well worth it. Have a great trip!! Let me know if you have any other questions. Hey man, great video!! It seems incredible to dive here! Do you know if there are also snorkeling activties?
@willwork2travel3 ай бұрын
Yes! There are some great snorkeling sites. You may want to check out Bolo Tours, as well as One Love Boat Tours. The cove seen in the very beginning of our video is Fort Bay on the smaller island of Santa Catalina which only allows walking to via the foot bridge. You can park your vehicle on the Providencia Island side and walk to Fort Bay (also can be seen on Google Maps view). There, you can snorkel for free as well as some other sites along the western side of Providencia. We also heard there is some great snorkeling by boat at Crab Caye which is a tiny island just off the northeast tip of Providencia. It's only a 5 minute boat ride and the tour is around $10 USD per person including snorkeling gear!

$600 for the train ticket? Where did you get you tickets? 1. Class ticket one way from the Airport to Wengen is around CHF 75 / person . Another option for tourists is the Swiss Travel Pass.
@willwork2travel3 ай бұрын
We purchased tickets at the SBB office located inside the terminal at Zurich. If you purchase a same day first class ticket, it is $150 per person with two transfers. Zurich/Interlaken/Lauterbrunnen. That's $300 per person round trip ($600 total). Prepaid tickets are discounted, as well as the Swiss Travel Pass which is great for longer stays, but we didn't have those options. Omio.com will confirm pricing for same day is still around $150pp with class upgrade.

We went in December of 22 and loved it,.... for the most part. We also had the upgraded room, we had the pool view and could see the water in the background. The food was alright, we found a litttle taco shack outside the property and that was our lunch goto. The grounds were well kept, we spent our days on the beach and in the water, It was awesome! The only thing I absolutely hated was that they pressured us to do a tour "it's only 90 a minute tour". The tour was okay but at the end they kept bringing in other sales people and managers trying to get us to buy into a timeshare or vacation club sort of thing. They would not let us review the contract prior to purchasing, after 2 hours I fed up, I got up and stormed out.
@willwork2travel5 ай бұрын
Ah, yes - the “vacation ownership” tour! We did it once in order to scuba dive for free one year. My wife and I started our phone timers when it started so we could collect our free vouchers at exactly 90 minutes 😁😊

why are the feet not restrained somehow? You could break your hip if you caught your foot.
@willwork2travel7 ай бұрын
You can turn somewhat using your hands, but heels are much more effective. It doesn’t take much pressure at all. Personally I believe skiing is much more dangerous catching an edge. The sleds will spin around if your foot catches, or tip over and you may roll in the snow.

What are your recommendations on car rental companies and which insurance to pay for?
@willwork2travel7 ай бұрын
I’ll take a look, we booked the car from the USA through Expedia and then chose the full insurance with $0 deductible options once we got to Nicaragua.
@willwork2travel7 ай бұрын
I'm sorry, unfortunately Expedia didn't keep the rental car company name in our records (the trip was in 2019) but we opted for the full insurance since we destroyed a wheel and tire in Costa Rica after hitting a large pot hole a year earlier. We found the extra $10 USD or so per day was worth it when driving on non-paved roads. Thanks for watching, and have a safe trip!
