That you so much Dr. Nabil. I fell on my right shoulder and have a nondisplaced humeral neck fracture. I am 76 and in fairly good health, so I opted for therapy instead of surgery. It has now been 4 weeks, and I'm doing great. My range of motion is increasing every day. I am very motivated and do my therapy at a facility twice a week and also at home. My pain lever has decreased significantly, and I am sleeping well. I still have to wear the sling at night as I am still healing. I also wear it during the day only removing it to do my therapy. The therapy is a must, because your shoulder will become stiff if you don't move it. Hang in there it does get better. I'm so glad I didn't go the surgical route. 😊

I had 7 screws to hold the ball and arm bone! And my arm is frozen to my shoulder and can only lift my arm only a few inches above straight out And hurts every day This happened back in 2011! I’m 55 yrs old now

Not great. Unclear whom you are addressing. Reading out text without further explanation is of limited value. For a video on proximal humerus fracture, discussion of different plate types, fixation varieties, optimal placement considerations, etc. would have been welcome, as well as discussion of success rates relative to distal varieties.
