Watching this match reminds me of the fight between Ren and Reversed Kai, where ren got every heal trigger in his deck and lost, it was an impressive fight though cause two of those heal triggers happen on the 6th damage, but still.

IMO, I think Overlord's ability to restand is best used primarily as pressuring the opponent to block it when it first attacks, or for pushing for damage if they don't block it. I like the idea of killing rears with it, but I think that's best when the opponent is already at 5, so you're fishing for triggers to boost power on the field.

@@63xMortis Yeah I know it's almost guaranteed to kill the rg, but I'm saying that if there isn't a rg that's a big threat and the opponent is at low damage, they can be inclined to take the 1st overlord swing to vg and then you get your resting. Killing the rg may not be better than threatening to restand and attack vg twice. Especially if they take gambles and only make it 1 or 2 to pass.

After you hit overtrigger when swinging at the first rearguard in the second game, you swung into the other rearguard and then activated overlord skill. But don’t you missed timing since the first one hit?

No, when V-era happened the full for 1/turn triggers changed. Now even if you meet the conditions and don’t activate a 1/turn ability you will not lose the ability. So if the conditions are ever meet again in that turn you may still use it.

As a Overlord fanatic I enjoyed this match. The false heal game two happened but it was a honest mistake. Realistically I think that game would have ended the same way regardless of him healing there or not

i think the g3 that gives to all blasters +5k is much better for pbd deck!! instead of forsado(soul charge is annoying on pbd..u already use top deck superior calls way too much already-more chances to losing triggers )!! i mean all games u have like 3-4 cards too counter blast!! plus the g3 is the best to combo with macha!!! else there isnt any point to have more than 1 blaster javelin from ride deck

@@DaiGaming yea u are right...maybe use it once as a finisher or play 2 g3 dragon 2 forsado i will try that ....running 4 forsado think its too much...never liked soucharge on vanguard personally..important cards going to soul😅😅....its a crucial card that can win a game in my opinion...because u may not persona ride in one turn then what u do
