See regrowth is additional, these are preventive medications, so you may or may not get regrowth but ur hairfall seems to be stopped, and ur hairline or crown wont recede further. As you have a bleeding condition do not attempt microneedling at home. You can switch to more effective medications to stop your condition but those are prescription meds so i suggest you to get a consultation with your dermatologist.

yeah it can be combined, on the days of dermarolling skip the minoxidil application. In fact doing dermarolling once a week and minoxidil application on all days except the day of dermarolling is shown to be more effective than minoxidil alone in many studies.
