PRR in 2021 Episode I
In this video series I will be taking you on a tour of remnants of the Pennsylvania Railroad that still exist in 2021.
MG tower is an interlocking tower that was built by the Pennsylvania to handle the increased rail traffic during WWII. It now sits abandoned and perhaps is one of the most endangered PRR structures still in existence. As of summer 2020 Norfolk Southern has been taking bids to have the tower demolished.
If you know of any locations of PRR built structures, infrastructure, rolling stock, etc. that are still around today, please let me know in the comments!
I would like to document as much PRR history as I can before it is gone for good!
