Bro once Biggie says "take two" from that point on he is talking directly at Pac. "Motherfuc*ers mad 'cause I blew, nigg*s envious" Biggie was saying Pac started hating on him when he saw biggie blowing up. "Blood rushin', concussions ain't nothin' Catch cases, come out fronting, smokin' something" Biggie is talking about when Pac came out the hospital with bandages around his head , then another scene of pac coming out of court "fronting" on the camera men spitting at all cameras wearing all red "blood rushin" you can google this scene very famous hip hop scene.
