With all due respect sir - in the beginning of of the video i think there's a contradiction: Let us say you're buyer of put option. That means you're buying 1900 put option. That means you say that price will not go below 1900 But you're buying 1900 put option so that means you're saying that price will surely go below 1900 This is a little confusing, can you please clarify.

Go for a straddle options sell and if any one boundary is crossed go for futures or go for a buy. PR Sundar will not say this until you go for his subscription :-)

When I short the OTM PE option, what happens if the stock price comes into the ITM at the time of expiration. 2. What happens if I don't square off the position? Can I take the delivery? 3. At what price I should take the delivery? Is that on the market price on the underlying security? 4. What happens to the premium collected while shorting the Put.

Exm: reliance at 2000, if u sold 1900 put at premium of 50 rs, until it will not fall below 1850 ( 1900-50= 1850) end of the month expiry, u don’t need to take delivery so whole premium us your means 50 X lot size, if its goes below 1850 (ITM) u should must be take delivery 1850 X lot size, monthly expiry 2days before u have to keep full margin otherwise u will be penalised, if u don’t want to take delivery u have to square off position irrespective profit or loss near the expiry.

The premium doesn't depends on only market movement. There are other factors too, know as option Greeks. The premium for call and put options of the same strike are different.

When u have downside move buy put ..means u think that mkt will move down towards that strike ...or u can sell call..means u think that mkt will not go up..up to that strike....option sellers are those who think that that strike price will not come ...when they r not bullish they sell call and vice versa...option buyers r those who think that that price will come...if they r not bullish they bot put and vice versa...there is cost difference also to initiate trade ..option selling required 1 lkh + amnt while buying required only few thousands....but sellers hai 85%+ winning probablities but buyers has only 15% or less ...thats it.
