Yes sir please do a video on taxation. FnO income is non-speculative so we can adjust it like a proper business. Sir do you claim depreciations (on electronic equipment used to trade, internet charges etc.) Would be awesome sir. Not much info is there on this subject. Cheers.

Better retail traders go for presumptive income rather than business income as you need to pay Auditor fees for auditing books to get all the internet expenses. we all need to fight for getting presumptive income percentage from 6 to 3 and there is no clear law about considering turnover, all brokers are considering premium amount as turnover it is wrong due to this an option trader need to show more turnover than a future trader

There will be a risk of loss during rollover. for EX: if reliance share price drops more than 200 points. you will be forced to take that loss though the sold call premium will partially reduce the loss only to the extent of the premium you get. in cash market you can hold the stock and will not be forced to book the loss.

Dear all who are commenting negatively to this video,I want to tell you that Mr. PR Sundar is a very well known face in Share Market,hope you all know this. Moreover what he is saying in his video,these are his opinions,he is not forcing you to follow these. You must take your decision,must not blindly follow anyone in share Market, probably this is the first rule. If you can't take your own decisions,dear friend(s),i must say that you are in a wrong business,very quickly you will be kicked out of the Market very badly. Very sorry that i m writing like this,neither I took any paid lesson from Mr Sundar,nor supporting him,but just felt bad seeing those comments. Obviously it's totally free to write anything in comment section,no one will charge you for those,but I request, have some respect for such type of person like Mr. Sundar who is really giving some valuable suggestions, obviously you must have the capabilities to read between the lines. Hope you understand. Thank you all. Thank you P R Sundar Sir.. Hope to meet you soon,May God bless You..

Sir, definitely not questioning your strategy but I believe you need to consider the Income tax also into the account while preparing this strategy (Basically Tax on interest from FD/ Bonds and Futures being short term it attracts 20% short term capital gain tax, where as long term capital gains is expempt from tax upto Rs 100,000)
@AbhijoySarkar
@AbhijoySarkar 2 жыл бұрын
Futures is not considered as an investment; therefore, it doesn't fall under capital gains and is just considered as a business income/loss. So, there is no short-term or long-term capital gains tax on Futures. You can simply pay as per your tax bracket.

Stocks are overvalued because interest rates are being held down. There is no where else to get a return, so more demand for stocks. That won't change. Interest rates are going to stay low long term. Had to diversify, and i started investing in crypto Mid January-2020 through the guide of a professional with $50,000 and i've amassed about $288,000 in net profit, even with the downturns in the financial market crypto has proven it self. For me crypto should be the go, just my opinion.

Nice explanation.Sir.When the market moves up we can overcome shorted call option loss, as the profit of the Future will always be more than the loss of call option. If the market moves down the profit of the call option is limited to the premium received, but Future loss will be more. Please tell us in this scenario what should we do?

If you really want to keep futures for long time than how but buying futures of 3rd month month. In May buy future of July, in July buy for sep, in sep for Nov, in Nov for jan and jan for march and in march for may. So you can reduce total number of buys to carry over position for a year.

sir, i respect your views and experience but please don't mislead.... cash market vs gambling. I give you a simple example: Let us take infy or hdfc bank and let us assume it went up from 10 to 100 in ten years. and also assume, each year is going up by 10 rupees but it may fluctuate up and down during the year. however at the end, all buyers will be making money in the ten year period. My scenario may be a hypothetical one and some shares like suzlon or rel power may give losers to all. But we need to see overall cash market methodology. On the other hand, let us take future or options. it is simply squaring off a trade and ones loss is another gain.. When you write a call or put option, there is a buyer and eventually, one is losing and another is gaining but both can't win. It means there will be as many losers as winners or more winners or more losers in reality!!. Second point, that savings 20,000. That is the cost of discipline and you may tend to skip couple of days to renew each month thinking that it is falling or weak or something like that. Then you may miss a costly opportunity. In all, you can do in F&O, with small capital and small risk because not everyone can win!

STT on equity/niftybees is huge compare to STT on future. 3 month away future is available so you need to roll over only 4 times in future but still equity brokrage + STT is more than 4 times of future (brokrage + stt)

What if the reliance stock declines 10 percent or more within a week/month? You will get the premium of shorting call option but you will loose 5 to 10 percent in future? Please let me know how to cover this case?

What about tax on FD, which will not be netted against your loss of shares and plus TDS 10% in interest. Also if you rollover in profit then you pay tax as business income but in delivery it's notional so pay tax only when you pay! Pl correct me if wrong

What about mtm losses if Reliance goes down big way ? Covered call profits cannot cover that loss and one needs to buy put as a hedge. In addition, I would like to mention that in many interviews Mr Sundar mentioned that future has no future but options have many options. So why now this change of mind. Will mr Sundar answer that
