Do you know what causes heart leaf Philodendron to curl their leaves and grow tiny leaves? Whether it's dry or just watered mine always has some curly leaves. It's constantly putting out new leaves but they are small.

It would have been helpful to have someone zoom on on the pruning shears so you could see the nodes better & where you are actually cutting. Also, do you sterilize the shears before using them?

Wouldnt cutting the ends just encourage new shoots at the bottom?
