@parthmayn first you should dry the cuttings of portulaca which u pruned then only u can turn them into compost if u add them in decomposition prosses they would take the nutrients from the porcess and grow their roots moss rose can even grow beneath the soil

Don't just use all of it for recycling, just give it to your neighbours who loves plants. Also you can use them to propogate them and give them to your local nurseries. You can use kitchen waste for making compost. In my opinion it total waste 😐
