I'm very new to your channel but an absolutely loving all of your videos I live in New Zealand . what variety of peaches do you have and would you ever consider using the peach wood for smoking I mean like barbecue smoking stuff that you use when you buy the chips . in New Zealand you can buy small bags of chips that we use for smoking it's normally Apple, peach or cherry.

What do you spray for weeds and grass? I had 2 loads of electric company's tree trimming mulch. I have a 60x50 fenced orchard. I didn't want to take down fence to mow so I had to mulch it. But now I'm getting think bundles of weeds and field grass bundles growing through. Is this something I can spray and not worry about the fruit trees? It would more less be spot treatment

You can google Southeastern Peach Management Guide and it will tell you all you need to know. If you use a contact broadleaf herbicide, you need to be very careful. I use a spray hood. You can see that in some of my videos. Thanks for watching.

Great Info. Question ❓ Chill hours # of consecutive days in a row?

Each peach variety takes a certain # of chill hours in dormancy. Usually November 1st - end of February. Hours are accumulated during that time. Not consecutively.
